Throne of Glass Review

Throne of Glass (Throne of Glass, #1)Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

"Throne of Glass" was a treat and delight to read. This fantasy has it all, snarky heroines, winsome princes and devilish fiends. It plays like a grungy steam punk novel at times, while others is filled with everything that's delightful about modern fantasy. Can't wait to devour the next installment.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Two damaged people tell a tale as old as time, except with lots of sex, passion and family drama worthy of a modern fairytale.

While the main heroine grated on my nerves at times, things got very interesting halfway through the novel. By the time the real magic starts happening I was hooked until I had read the very last page and look forward to reading the sequel.
